Premium Reserve Organic Cider | Medium | Slightly sparkling which is not a surprise as it's made with champagne yeast. Very slight silage nose, but not unpleasant when poured out. I grew up on a farm, and to me several ciders tend to have that 'farmyard' smell. I get the same smell off black olives, so as I say it's not unpleasant. Despite it being a medium and with a very smooth taste, I got a very slight dry tang on the tongue with a little bit of tannin. Very smooth generally though.. Buttery and rolls off the tongue lovely. Quite easy to drink but not a thirst quencher. more one to savour or with a meal, especially at 6.8% Not one for a hot summer afternoon... | ★★★★★ | 6.8% |

Organic Perry | Medium Sweet | A true Perry as opposed to a pear cider. Cloudy if you're not careful with the sediment... Very good full Pear nose, again with that hint of silage. The taste is a very good Perry (as in it's made with Perry pears not just pears)
and would be a good one to try if you've never tried a Perry. Nice and smooth initially with a dryish aftertaste, which is quite unusual. Very refreshing and moreish which is dangerous at 6.8% (or 7.5% as it was when I tried it). Treat with care It's nice to see that this is made in such small batches that the strength can change from year to year (and probably batch to batch). | ★★★★★ | 7.5% |

Organic Browns | Medium Sweet | Single variety cider (Browns obviously). Slightly sparkling Lovely in a single word. Medium sweet but ever so slightly acidic/sharp so balances well. Big apple flavour and it lingers on the tongue for ages after. They suggest it would go well with creamy food and I can see that. Easy drinking but at 7.5% take care. Need to get some more of this one. | ★★★★★ | 7.5% |

Vintage Organic Cider | Medium Dry | Straw yellow, slightly hazy, sparkling. Not a huge nose, but as well as the . Nice big flavour though, Crisp and tart but in a nice way. The apple flavour is rich and mature. Fair amount of tannin and leaves the mouse quite refreshed. This one doesn't have a 'normal' cider taste and isn't huge on the fresh apples as it's been matured for 12 months. It's quite refined and rich, and probably one for the connoisseurs. One to drink slowly and savour especially at 7.5% | ★★★★★ | 7.5% |

Court Royal | Medium Dry | Made from Court Royal apples which is very unusual. Light Golden, very slightly hazy and sparkling. Strong earthy slightly sour farmyard smell which may be off-putting if you're used to the clear crisp smell of many fresh ciders, but this is an adult cider. Big flavour. Dry but fairly crisp and a little tart (some say tropical fruit, but that's a bit exaggerated IMO). Even though it's dry, it's not got a massive amount of tannin and is well balanced. Lots of apple. Dry but refreshing aftertaste with a nice flavour, but as other say it's a tad single dimension all the way through as it's a single variety. Very tasty but this is not a session cider, it's one to savour especially at 7.5% . I'd also put it more firmly in the dry camp than medium dry, and it's a good dry cider if you're not too keen on the tannin that often goes with dry ciders. | ★★★★★ | 7.5% |

Craft Organic Cider | Medium | Straw yellow, slight haze and flat Good fruity fresh nose. Deep fruity flavour with a slight tartness and a fair amount of tannin for a medium but not too much. Decently long aftertaste, again staying dry but leaves a nice aftertaste. Not a bad drop at all. | ★★★★★ | 5% |

Black Fox Organic | Medium Dry | Straw yellow slightly cloudy, sparkling Not a huge nose slightly musty ripe apples. A traditional cider smell. Deep dry fruity flavour. Slightly tannic and light smokiness but not over the top. An old fashioned good farmhouse cider flavour with a fair amount of depth.
Slight bitterness on the side of the tongue and a dry aftertaste. Not a cider I could drink all night long, but would go well with robust food. Pretty good. | ★★★★★ | 6.8% |

Kingston Black | Medium Dry | Golden, cloudy with the slightest of sparkle Yup solid Kingston black nose of mature fermented apple Rich deep flavour of slightly tart/acidic apple with a slight tannin hit that quickly fades. Slight tingle on the tongue of the bittesharp apples. Well balanced and the thick apple flavour stays all the way through the long aftertaste to give a nice refreshing finish. You can’t normally go wrong with Kingston black IMO and this is another that is top notch. Lots going on for a single variety here and this one is well worth getting hold of. | ★★★★★ | 7.5% |
